Netflix’s approach to entertainment has revolutionised the industry, from the product itself to the content it creates. However they had a problem, they didn’t know how to talk about it.
With the launch of the final season of Orange is the New Black we saw an opportunity to talk about the incredible impact it had on its audience, by asking them to tell us about their experiences with the show.
