Lancôme: My First Job – December 2019
Helping young women get into work by candidly sharing the experiences of inspirational women.
The Brief:
Iconic beauty brand Lancôme partnered up with the National Literacy Trust to found the Words for Work program, it’s aim, to help young women across the country who struggle with literacy.
They approached us wanting to document the course however we pitched the idea to create content that helped more women taking their first steps into a career while also promoting the program.
Our aim was to be of use to our audience and celebrate the Words for Work program.
We captured candid personal stories and offered clear advice to inspire our audience.
We created a community and conversation around the subject.

Worked with Lancôme ambassadors and found other influential women who were relevant to our audience and aligned with the brand
Delivered clear advice for women taking their first steps into a career
Created a campaign that was able to be rolled out across multiple digital channels
Developed a format that could be rolled out with more women in other territories
